The Eric Trump Foundation Raises
Funds to Support St. Jude

The Eric Trump Foundation (ETF) is dedicated to raising money for children battling life-threatening diseases at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Founded in 2006, nearly $31 million dollars has been raised thus far for one of the farthest reaching charities in the United States. When it comes to impacting the lives of many, The Eric Trump Foundation works on a day-to-day basis to ensure donors and supporting corporate partners and celebrities who are helping on a pro-bono basis, have maximum measurable results. Particularly, when it deals directly with addressing the medical and emotional needs of terminally-ill children and their families. In addition to helping the overall St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in 2015 St. Jude opened The Eric Trump Foundation Surgery and ICU Center. Another incredible result is, in 2012, The Eric Trump Foundation Cancer Research Lab at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital made a groundbreaking discovery and identified a critical fusion gene responsible for almost 30% of a rare subtype of childhood leukemia. One hundred percent of funds raised go directly to St. Jude, and there is a strong focus from Eric as well as St. Jude's so funds are not going to excessive or unnecessary salaries and overhead. The foundation and Trump Winery host an Annual Race and Taste 10K to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Bobby Flay and Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation

Bobby Flay is a passionate guy. A few of his top passions are food and cooking, being a highly-successful James Beard Foundation award-winning chef and restauranteur, fitness and healthy lifestyle, and thoroughbred racing. Most of Chef's fame comes from his cookbooks and his many national cooking shows on the Food Network, Cooking Channel and NBC. With his passion and relatively quick big-time success and profile in Thoroughbred horse racing, in particular, the third jewel of the Triple Crown the Belmont stakes, he has become very well known for this as well. As a horse owner and breeder, he has already been an owner of more than one graded stakes race winner, including Her Smile, More Than Real, Sensational Slam and part owner of 2016 Belmont Stakes winner Creator. Within the sport he is equally known for his leadership and compassion. In recognition of his contributions to improving the safety and welfare of thoroughbred horses during and after their racing careers, Chef Flay was honored at the inaugural Belmont Stakes Charity Banquet with the Earle I. Mack Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation Champion Award. To help insure the highest standards in the world of horse racing, he also serves on the Breeders' Cup board of directors. Over the years, he has been very involved with the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation and its largest fundraising event — a dinner for 650 people that raises between $400,000 and $500,000 for the organization. Based on information from the foundation, overall the charity, founded in 1983, raises about $3 million annually to cover the costs of the horses and their care. A way Bobby has contributed has been in donating unique experiences. Offerings have included, a table for eight at one of his restaurants followed by a cooking lesson, brunch at the winner's home, and a home barbecue that raised $20,000. Now Flay cooks the food and staffs the event, which has been held at his Bar Americain in New York. Chef's passion for sports isn't limited to the equestrian world. Playing for the National League, Chef displayed his baseball 'chops' during the 2008 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game, at Yankee Stadium. Bobby is also an avid runner and has finished numerous NY Marathons. In no short order (lousy pun intended), a large and growing part of his empire has been in the health and fitness space. If you're looking for delicious and healthy recipes and updates from Chef Flay himself, go to Bobby Flay Fitness and follow him on Twitter at @bflay. Chef Flay is also on the Boards of The Breeders' Cup and the New York Horse Racing Association.
